This programme is divided into 3 axes and aims to activate a local economic sector, access to education and the care and protection of ecosystems, resources, and to reduce inter-ethnic tensions among the sedentary populations and Loiyangalani pastoral village oasis located in the district of Marsabit in northern Kenya, near Lake Turkana.
He has been endorsed by all the people concerned in Loiyangalani and was conceived after three years of negotiations and search for solutions.

3) To promote income-generating activities and their diversification: Micros and Means credits.
